90 Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.

Request an RMA number to return products for store credit to be applied toward the product you would like to receive instead.

For any reason you are not happy with your product and need something more suitable, phone or email and we're happy to help.

No Restocking Fees*
Just handle the products well, keep them as new as possible, pack them up safely, and don't void warranties. Please and thank you.

*If products are returned with extreme carelessness (it has happened only a few times), we may through in a restocking fee, but we would rather not.

Who pays return shipping fees?
You, the customer. But we do make reasonable exceptions and pay for return shipping fees by providing a prepaid return label for US addresses - if we clearly made a mistake, etc.
