If you purchased the set from Chess House, we offer additional piece replacement support.
To check, it is helpful for you to email us answering these questions:
- What is the reason they are needed? Are you looking for an exact match replacement?
- Where (and when) did you obtain the set?
- Describe pieces: (height, base, color, name etc.. of the piece as well as the height / base of the King and any other distinguishing feature of the set)
- If this resembles or is from a Chess House product, please provide the product code or name.
- Email digital photos, if possible.
